Pre-teams

GIRLS

Our Mini Hoppers (4-5yrs), Super Hoppers (5+yrs), and Pre-Team (5+yrs) are team-track groups that are designed to prepare gymnasts toward a competitive gymnastics career. These classes are only for those gymnasts serious about a gymnastics future and require coach recommendation and evaluation. Generally, gymnasts progress from the Mini Hoppers class to the Super Hoppers class and onto our competitive Pre-Team. Pre-team gymnasts must earn a 32.00 all-around in our annual Mock Meet in July in order to compete Level 2 in the Compulsory competitive season.

BOYS

Our Pre-Team (5+yrs) is a team-track group that is designed to prepare gymnasts toward a competitive gymnastics career. This class is only for those gymnasts serious about a gymnastics future and requires coach recommendation and evaluation. Pre-Team gymnasts must earn a 72.00 all-around in their in-house Mock Meet in order to compete Level 4 in the Compulsory competitive season.

 

 

CoMPULSORY GYMNASTICS

GIRLS

We offer USAG Competitive Level 2 through Level 5 teams. The Compulsory competition season is generally from September through December. Gymnasts will compete in 5 meets before their State Meet in December.

Gymnasts should expect to spend 1-2 years per level, and are required to earn a 36.00 all-around at one of their meets, plus have all of their next level skills and/or the approval of their coaches in order to move up to the next level. Level 5 gymnasts moving up to Optional Level 7 must earn a 37.00 all-around before moving up to the Optional Team.

BOYS

We offer USAG Competitive Boys Level 4 through Level 7 teams. Their competition season lasts from November through May. Gymnasts should expect to spend 1-3 years per level, and are required have all of their next level bonuses and the approval of their coaches in order to move up to the next level.

Optional Gymnastics

GIRLS

Our Optional Team is comprised of USAG Competitive Level 7 through Level 10 teams. The Optional competition season is generally January through May. Gymnasts will compete in approximately 5 meets before their State, Regional, and National Meets.

Gymnasts should expect to spend anywhere from 1-3 years per level, and are required to earn a 37.00 all-around at one of their meets, plus have all of their next level skills and/or the approval of their coaches in order to move up to the next level.

BOYS

Our Advanced Team is comprised of USAG Competitive Boys Level 8 through Level 10 teams. Their competition season is generally November through May. In boy’s optional gymnastics, gymnasts move up by age group, and should expect to spend roughly 2 years per level. Gymnasts will require the approval of their coaches in order to move up to the next level.
