HP ninja

At HPGA Ninja, we’re about more than just obstacle courses and agility — we’re building strong athletes from the inside out.

Rooted in our proven gymnastics foundation, the HPGA Ninja program blends high-level athletic training with a strong emphasis on character development and teamwork. Our athletes are encouraged to push their limits every day — not just against the course, but against their own personal bests and alongside their teammates.

We believe that the daily competition — both internal and collaborative — is what builds confidence, grit, and resilience. Whether it’s conquering a new skill or supporting a friend on a tough challenge, every session at HPGA Ninja helps develop the mindset of a true athlete.

With our background in competitive gymnastics, we know what it takes to train champions. That same focus, discipline, and attention to movement is what we bring to our ninja program — helping kids grow stronger, faster, and more confident in a fun and high-energy environment.

Join the HPGA Ninja family, where every obstacle is an opportunity — and every athlete is built to rise.

Tiny Shadows (Ages 4–5)

Our youngest ninjas begin their journey in Tiny Shadows — a playful, high-energy class designed to build coordination, balance, and confidence. With fun obstacle courses and age-appropriate challenges, these little warriors learn to listen, follow directions, and move like true ninjas.

Rising Strikers (Ages 6–8)

Rising Strikers are gaining strength, control, and determination. These ninjas are ready for more complex challenges — swinging, climbing, vaulting, and racing in a structured yet fun team environment. We emphasize technique, effort, and learning to push past limits.

Elite Warriors (Ages 9–12)

Elite Warriors are trained to attack obstacles with confidence and precision. These older athletes dive into advanced skills, timed courses, and strategic movement. With our gymnastics-based foundation, they develop serious athletic ability while continuing to grow as teammates and leaders.
