Your GEM at HPGA

Confidence Starts With One Skill.
Our GEM’nastics program gives athletes the opportunity to build strength, balance, flexibility, coordination and confidence while progressing through gymnastics skills at a pace that is right for them.
Every athlete's journey looks different. We want each gymnast to feel challenged, successful and proud of what she accomplishes in the gym.
