Policies

• Easy Enrollment: Sign up online, by phone, or in person at any time.
• Year-Round Classes: No long-term contracts. Join or leave when it works for your family.
  
• Class Changes: You may switch class times/days if space is available. Tuition transfers—no refunds.
  
• Unenroll: Written notification is required 30 days before enrollment ends.

• Monthly Tuition is auto-charged on the 5th via your card on file.
  
  
• Late Fee: A $20 fee is applied on the 15th if tuition is unpaid.
  
  
• Annual Registration Fee: $65 per recreational student, renewed each September.
  
  
• Discounts:
  
• $5 off per sibling
• $5 off each additional class

• Make-ups are for active students with current tuition only.
  
• Must be scheduled 24+ hours in advance.
  
• Missed classes must be made up within 30 days (space permitting).
• May make up in an age and skill appropriate class if space is available.
  

• Parents must notify HPGA with written confirmation to drop a student from class.
  
  
• You are responsible for tuition until formal notification is received.
  
  
• Verbal notice from a student does not count as a drop request.
  

• We do not follow local school closures.
• For the latest updates, check our website or social media.
  

• Please arrive 5–10 minutes before class and pick up on time.
  
  
• Call us if you’ll be late for pick-up.
  
  
• Students should wait inside until a parent comes in to get them.
  
  
• Drive slowly—our parking lot has lots of little gymnasts around!
  

• Gymnastics
• Girls: Leotards (no skirts or bows), Bare feet
  
• Boys: T-shirt & shorts, bare feet
• Cheer - Black athletic bottoms, flat bottomed shoes
• Ninja - Athletic clothing, no loose fitting items, clean tennis shoes
• All Students:
  
• Hair tied back
  
• No gum or jewelry (stud earrings okay)
  
• Bring water
  
• Use cubbies for personal items (we're not responsible for lost/stolen belongings)
  

• We proudly welcome students with unique challenges!
  
  
• Please share any important info with our coaches to help us support your child.
  
  
• If a student’s safety—or others’—is at risk, a parent may be asked to stay during class.
  

• Starting March 2025, enrolled students will be charged an annual Exhibition Fee covering:
  
  
• Participation in our showcase event
  
  
• Required performance attire
  
  
• Event materials
  
  
• The fee is non-refundable once charged.
  
  
• Admission tickets for family and friends will be sold separately.
  

• By enrolling, you agree that:
  
  
• Your payment information is accurate
  
  
• You will pay all charges incurred
  
  
• Monthly tuition will continue until you formally drop your student
  
  
• Disputing a valid charge may result in additional fees or legal action.
  

High Point Gymnastics Academy (HPGA) reserves the right to use photographs and video footage taken on-site for promotional purposes, including but not limited to social media, website content, and print materials.

By enrolling in HPGA programs, you consent to:

• The use of images or videos of your child or yourself in promotional materials.
  
• The presence of a video surveillance system in place for the safety and security of all students, staff, and visitors.
