What Is Movement Collective?
Movement Collective is an adult fitness class option offered during scheduled cheer, ninja,
and gymnastics classes. Instead of sitting and waiting, you can move your body, build
strength, and take intentional time for yourself — all in the same place your child already
loves.
Our goal is simple:
make fitness accessible, welcoming, and realistic for real life.
Who Is It For?
Movement Collective is currently offered exclusively to parents of athletes enrolled in our
programs. This allows us to ensure we have the space, attention, and class experience
needed to best serve our direct community.
This program is truly for every body:
- Parents who haven’t moved their bodies in years
- Parents who are already active and fitness‐minded
- Anyone looking for strength, mobility, confidence, and consistency

At this time, Movement Collective is offering Pilates‐based classes focused on strength, core stability, mobility, and mindful movement. Your health supports everything you do — your energy, your strength, your confidence, and your ability to care for others. Your health is your wealth. Invest in YOU. Class Schedule:
- Tuesday evenings
- Wednesday evenings
Classes run during select youth class times so parents can participate while their children
are training.
Additional class styles and offerings may be added in the future as the program grows.
